We do not knowingly collect or solicit personal data about children under 13 years of age; if you are a child under the age of 13, please do not attempt to register for or otherwise use the Services or send us any personal data. When you submit a takedown request utilizing a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA)-compliant takedown request form for one of the Services, we will collect your contact information (including your first and last name, address, phone number, and email address) so that we can remain in contact with you during the process and ensure that your claim is sufficiently addressed. When you register an account or subscribe to a Service, you will receive marketing communications related to that Learneo's services as well as transactional and account-related communications, as permitted by applicable law. We will collect your email address as well as other information you provide on a voluntary basis to help tailor communications to you. In any marketing communication from Learneo, you can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of each email. We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use and disclosure using appropriate physical, technical, organizational and administrative security measures based on the type of personal data and how we are processing that data.

Exercising Your CCPA Rights. Our Compliance team will confirm receipt of your complaint and review it with our legal team. If we believe an investigation is necessary, we will open an investigation into your complaint. If you do not provide us with the personal data we need, we may not be able to provide appropriate services, targeted content or relevant information to you, and in some cases you may not be able to use our Services.
